Since 1994, True Flavors Catering has been a local, small, minority-owned business dedicated to
executing full-service catering events of all sizes for private parties of 10 to large banquet events
of 13,000. We operate with a continued focus upon utilizing the freshest ingredients and
developing innovative menus with “Chef-Inspired” concepts.

SAMPLE ONE:
Oaxacan Queso and Fresh Salsa
Molcajete
Queso melted with fresh poblano
peppers.
Salsa made with fresh tomatoes,
jalapenos, onions and cilantro.
Served with seasoned crispy tostadas.

Garlic & Rosemary Prime Rib Roast
Served with roasted garlic au jus, horseradish cream and orange scented cranberry chutney.
Farm Fresh Stuffed Turkey
Slow roasted turkey breast stuffed with apples, walnuts, caramelized onions and golden raisins; topped with shitake madeira demi.

Monday- Chicken Alfredo over Penne Pasta
Penne pasta tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce with grilled chicken and fresh herbs. Served with
Caesar salad and garlic bread sticks.
Tuesday- Salisbury Steak with grilled onions and mushroom gravy
Seasoned ground beef patties topped with grilled onions, mushrooms and brown gravy. Served with rosemary potatoes and chef vegetables.
Wednesday- Panko Crusted Ranch Chicken Crusted oven baked chicken served with mac & cheese and sautéed green beans with bacon.
Thursday- Italian Sausage and Chicken Pasta
Bowtie Pasta tossed with chicken, Italian sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and marinara sauce. Served with a side garden salad.
Friday- Meatball Subs
Homemade meatballs seared and simmered in a hearty marinara sauce on a hoagie roll and
topped with mozzarella cheese. Served with a cold zesty pasta salad.
Paleo- Turkey Dinner
Roasted turkey breast topped with a natural turkey a jus. Served with roasted red potatoes and
sautéed green beans with bacon.
Keto- Turkey Dinner
Roasted turkey breast topped with a natural turkey a jus. Served with roasted butternut squash
and sautéed green beans with bacon.
