In 2019, the True Flavors team pursued an opportunity to oversee and manage the on-site
corporate dining facility and catering services for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS).
This new venture was coined as the “The Eatery” by True Flavors and features “Chef-Inspired”
menus that provide healthy, authentic and ethnically diverse food options for the SAWS staff and
the San Antonio community.
We are pleased to announce that our second location of the “The Eatery” by True Flavors has
opened within the newly built San Antonio Independent School District headquarters. Our team
is thrilled to be able to expand our brand to more customers. Our culinary creations and our
daily, weekly and seasonal menu options help us to provide an elevated corporate dining
experience for all that dine with us.

Employees have various options such as build your own salad, selections from our grill or the
Chef’s selection that features a different entree every day.

Operations Manager - The Eatery at SAWS and SAISD
With over 23 years of experience in the food industry, including 15 years in food management,
Jessica joined the True Flavors team in 2017. Today, she serves as the Operations Manager for
“The Eatery” at SAWS and our recently opened second location at SAISD. She is responsible for
daily oversight of both locations staff, budget, implementation of policies and most importantly
ensuring a high level of customer service. Working as part of the True Flavors team has allowed
her to continue to pursue her passion for the food industry while helping clients receive
exceptional service on a daily basis.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys shopping.
Executive Chef - The Eatery at SAWS
Chef Antonio was born and raised in the heart of San Antonio, TX. With a passion for culinary arts, Chef Antonio has spent most of his career preparing a range of menus for restaurants and catering events. Recently, he has furthered his transition into corporate dining where he continues to learn and expand his culinary knowledge by preparing many flavorful meals.
