"Being the first restaurant of its type in Port San Antonio is a venture that's long overdue for the area," says Chef Hernandez who grew up on the Southside and graduated from Kennedy High School. "Fresh and fast is our motto. This will be the place where you can grab a quality breakfast in the morning, then sit down and have a cold beer right after work."

The café is located at 495 Duncan Drive at the Corner of Duncan and Tinker Streets at Port S.A., a master-planned, 1,900 acre aerospace and international industrial complex. Hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
